Tonight I had 1 cup of greek yogurt, 3 eggs, and 28 chicken nuggets.

I know it's not real healthy which is why I'm going to invest in some better food to get chicken and veggies in with every meal.

Beans are healthy and tasty. Beef is just tasty. It'll get you protein sure but beans are anti-inflammatory and have anti-oxidants etc.

Was in a hurry today so I just cooked up a bunch of ground pork and just tossed it with garlic onion stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce, then ate it over a shit ton of lentils. Got 3 meals out of it, took like 10 minutes. I always precook a weeks worth of lentils to have on standby to do shit like this.
