Jim Harolds Paranormal Podcast

That's super cringey. Im a big fan of his stuff, but i feel like listening to podcasts while lifting is so try hard. I can see if you were on a run, but deadlifting to a middle aged dude yapping in your ear about the middle ages is about as lame as watching rick and morty

This desu, i just skip songs to the drop when im ready for a set

>That's super cringey.
That is a bit dramatic...to each his own.

I need music to pump me up for lifting, usually old punk rock.

But when doing cardio I listen to podcasts.

>Joe Rogan I like for some laughs.
>Jocko is a great storyteller and general badass.
>Philsophize This!
>History of Philosophy
>Philosophy the Classics
>You are not so Smart
>The Partially Examined Life

Binge listen to mind pump. Fuck your paradigm in its ass regularly. I'm on episode 400 something atm and I'm a completely different person then i was at ep1.
Also binge art of manliness. I don't give a fuck what people think about the cuck, he has good guests.

Whats 'lame' or 'try hard' (that phrase is fucking stupid btw) about listening to podcasts? If I spend an hour and a half in the gym listening to people talk I can learn something or be mildly entertained while lifting. Even if I focus on my lifts and miss something I can just rewind it.

I mostly listen to Bill Burr's Podcast and The Last Podcast on the Left. I listen to Joe every once in a while but, his podcasts run a bit long and I prefer they last however long I lift without much left over.

Awesome list man. Just subscribed to most of them

I listened to all of Dan's stuff and it can get kind of annoying "mumbles mumbles A PARTHIAN SHOT mumbles" but its good for a change of pace. His other stuff gets real cringy, he for sure is a beta cuck and that kind of put me off on him. Just remember he is a "fan of history not a historian" so some of what he says is opinion presented as fact.

Make a mistake of listening to a comedy podcast whilst lifting. Nearly died.

Jocko is good for running, but sometimes for lifting he gets distracts me or just makes me get feels I don't want while lifting.

>OHP 2 plate
>Norm MacDonald says "9/11"
>wake up in the hospital

Life changing

>his podcasts run a bit long and I prefer they last however long I lift without much left over

it's hilarious to see you ledit faggots telling people to go back to ledit. do you feel like you fit in yet?

>mfw a lediting leditor accuses another lediting leditor to ledit back to ledit

>mfw a leditor from ledit comes into the thread and starts lediting it up

please fuck off back to ledit

Last Podcast on the Left

funniest podcast out there

> listening to a lame failed comedian turned right wing shock jockey faggot like Stephen Crowder

Glad Joe Rogan verbally bitched that guy out on JRE. crowder is a huge twat

I mostly listen to true crime podcasts.

The Unresolved
True Crime Garage
Casefile
Generation Why
Crime in Sports (done by comedians actually)
True Crime Guys

Skeptic tank (ari shaffir, a comedian talking to guests)

Joe Rogan Experience(a comedian talking to guests)

Fighter the Kid(a comedian and a 'retired' MMA fighters talk about stupid shit and UFC)

You made it weird with Pete holmes(a comedian talking to guests, probably too hippy and loud for most people but I like him)

The Adam Savage Project(Adan Savage and people from TESTED, nerd)

Bill Burr Monday morning podcast(a comedian talking to himself and some times with others but it rare. Who doesn't like bill burr yelling about something)

if i were you(Jake and Amir(from college humor) Answer email questions sent to them)

She didn't Text Back(Just two guys, Will and Daren that just honestly talk to each other. Feels like your hanging out with friends. hard to explain but I like listening to them. not gonna defend it)

Lore(about myths, legends, paranormal. edge. I find it interesting but I could see some having problems with it as its a lil 2spooky4me cringe at times.)

Common Sense with Dan Carlin(mainly politics. I just like listening to the opinions and the news.)

Harcore History(History by Dan Carlin)

Revolutions(this is pretty good if you like history, Title should be enough. haven't listened to a whole lot of it so far but its good)

History on fire(more history)

The History of Rome(even more History)

How did this get made?(Comedian/Actors:Paul Scheer, Jason Mantzoukas AND June Diane Raphael talk about bad movies and how they got made. some cool interviews also. Mel Brooks told a fantastic story if you want a recommendation of where to start)

The Dollop( Every week, Dave Anthony reads a story to his friend, Gareth Reynolds, who has no idea what the topic is going to be about.)

Worst idea of all time(Two friends have the same movies EVERY WEEK. e.g. they watched Grown Ups 2 every week for a year. Now something else. check em out. its them basically going crazy)

I like my podcasts. I have a lil more but this is enough.

I think Carlin needs to step his game up and be more objective about history, he is always trying to tell a story of the underdog (good) vs the big tough Goliath (bad)
He also often injects his modern worldviews

I still enjoy his podcasts immensely and he is honestly the best one out there, everything else is either way too short (history of rome, sorry but I don't want to go through a topic in 10 minutes) or just fucking terrible all around.

Just listen to porn... straight Bateman physique

>Hardcore History
>History of Rome
>Revolutions
>History on Fire

Ma nigga.

Used to listen to Josh Allem's Founding Word podcast when I was lifting, a while back.

Check out sword and scale. About 100 episodes and i think I've listened to almost all of em

I’m a fan of Beyond the Darkness. Paranormal shit is super interesting to listen too.

>has faithful wife, two kids, good life
>diddlies 500+ lb
>has never been anything but a decent dude

I will never understand why people shit on Brett or call him a cuck or anything else. I get that not everyone cares for the old timey mustache aesthetic, but that is literally the most surface level judgement you could possibly make.

Tried listening to Chapo Traphouse, but found it boring, how is this in comparison?

Love Dan Carlin as well, however his more contemporary oriented show "Common Sense with Dan Carlin" is definitely my preference. Also if you haven't heard his series on the ostfront in WW2 it's definitely worth whatever he charges.

I generally list to rap/hip-hop/motown go figure.

She didnt text back is the worst podcast I have ever listened to

good choice OP

Oh I listen to them too. The Luca Magnotta episode was the most fucked up one

why does he suddenly sound like David Lynch when he's quoting historical sources on Blueprints for Armageddon?

I have heard of chapo traphouse but not listened to it so idk, but Henry Zebrowski is a comedic genius. Listen to the new 3-part episode they do on black metal, if that one doesnt sell you then you wont like it.

Also sidenote: Zebrowski is the main red-haired demon in that adult swim show Your Pretty Face Is Going To Hell to give you an idea.

new rss feed

used to listen to radical agenda before he got thrown in jail

Coast to Coast AM usually

hello, liberals are superior to conservatives,

,Bye

The Duncan Trussell Family Hour, Hare Krishna

his podcast common sense is really cucked. he does touch on how tough and great europeans were in HH and even laughs about how people thought the ancient Egyptians were black.
I started listening to some CS and although time and time again he wishes for a "political outsider" to come into Washington and shake things up. A brash unpolished businessman who would want real change in the government. When Trump comes and wins the presidency he basically checks all the boxes Dan was mentioning, but suddenly Dan's all like thats not what I mean, hes a big meanie. Kinda like a genies wish situation, youll get what you want but theres a big catch. Then he has on some cucked guests, and honestly by that point his fucking voice was getting to me, its really not a good radio voice. Added in he uses the same old lines over and over. But thats my opinion, think for your self.

Jesus christ, do you idiots realize there are other words than "cuck?" If it hurt your fee fees that Dan Carlin doesnt like Trump thar's fine, but at least try to make meaningful comments about it.

...

Wanna be drug Jesus.
Anti Christ and anti trump. He is a punk. Has some good ideas but he is a wanna be hippie.

>his podcast common sense is really cucked
the fact that you call dan a cuck when he makes the effort to provide every concession to include every viewpoint makes me think that you're a fucking retard

Steven Anderson sermons

le reddit the post

If listening to Wrath of the Khans doesn't make you want to lift and get fit, I do not know what will.

>the Mongol army once ate dinner on a deck that was floating on top of a pit of war prisoners

Music while lifting. Podcast while walking home.

Maximum comfy.

History of Byzantium

...

Dan is boomerposting. Still, he is interesting to listen to because he is staunchly for civil liberties but doesn't waste his time whining about trannies and SJWs.
