NO to social media

Does anyone here live a life free of social media?
I had this thought for some time now, that websites like reddit, facebook, twitter and so on
are extremly contraproductive to individuals.

This stuff is consuming quite a lot of my free time and it never feels like it was worth it.
People on this board consistently talk about nofap, noporn and other eliminating programs
but I feel like the best one you can do for yourself is going NoSicialMedia.

Anyone here who free himself from that stuff and is now living a much better and healthier life?

>stuff consumes a lot of my time
>still here on 4chin.
Using social media obsessively is bad I agree but there's no reason to not just have an account to possibly keep track of old friends or connect with new ones.

We are on social media dumbass

Good thing Veeky Forums isn't counterproductive at all

>tfw moot is gone and you're still here
JUST

M O D E R A T I O N
But honestly, the one time I got banned from Facebook for 30 days were some of the most relaxing because I had so much extra free time. I recommend ranting about THEM or something of that sort every now and then to take a break

Social media is terrible, but unfortunately a necessity in the 21st century because most people will find you weird for not having an online presence.

>he's afraid of getting punani

I have never had a Facebook, Twitter, instagram, Snapchat, MySpace, or any other account on any form of social media. I have never felt like I am missing anything.

Yes. Me.
Havent used ZuckerJew, Thotstagram, or Twatter in months.
They're literally just time holes.

Think "why am I reading this post of (person I barely know) right now? Do I really care? Do I need to know this?"

Honestly, ask yourself WHY.
