Yes, a lot more now that I'm getting my form better/consistent, idk if it will grant bear mode though

You will never get bear mode unless you use drugs, too skinny. Bear modes have a broad shoulders/wide hips as well as large muscles.

an actual routine would mean consistent gains. If you're a beginner, do something like SS and then graduate to texas method after you can't progress any more.

they are consistent now that my form is to, been working out for 7 months seriously,+worked out all through hs for football, car accident set me back a lot, definitely not a beginner imo

The only meaning I'm ascribing to beginner is how fast you're advancing in either weight or volume.

Total novice can do more with every workout, beginner is more like every week, intermediate has to drop to 2 weeks or monthly, advanced means you take longer.

meh i was, but i eatcpretty similiar foods throughout the week ive gotten pretty good at just keeping track in my head, achieve at least 250-350 surplus a day, over 6 months of that ive put on 30 pounds, shouldev been more clear about it the pics are only about 10 pounds apart

ah i got ya, not making leaps and bounds or anything but depending on the lift id say im increasing weight by ~5 pounds every 3 weeks, ohp is stalling though

If you want to challenge yourself, try doing texas method (weekly progression with one big volume day, one light day and one heavy day) and see if you like it. 5/3/1 is a monthly progression and a little gentler, although it has some variations and can get gnarly quick.
