I do 2 rashers of bacon (or 4 oz of sausage) with 2 eggs, a bell pepper, spinach, a glass of whole milk, and a piece of dry wheat toast every day.
Sometimes I substitute different vegetables, like asparagus or beet tops, or I'll make a griddle cake or waffle when I'm out of bread.
