Whenever I feel the hunger hurting I tell myself it's penance for being a gluttonous fuck.

Breakfast: Cup of oatmeal with a glass of milk, banana and some honey, also two eggs.

Lunch: Cup of white rice (well seasoned, I ain't about that plain shit) and a can of mackarel (about 233gr)

Dinner: Two peanut butter and jam sandwiches plus some whey powder with milk.

Total calories/macros is around 2500cal, 178 protein, 257 carbs and 90 fat. I say around cause I do not trust argentinian nutrition labels.

I weigh 67kg and am 1,70mts. I've been training for the better part of 2 years, but haven't been able to do so for extended periods of time because of life stuff, now things have settled in better and I'm trying to get my nutrition together. Currently doing Phrak's GSLP, it works for me cause of time constraints.

I ate 550cal between breakfast and lunch today.

For dinner I joined a bunch of friends for shabu shabu hotpot. We got a chicken stock and pork, and I dumped loads of veggies into it.

The last time I had hotpot I basically ignored the vegetables. They're so fucking good, though.

I need some help, boys. I dropped from 320 poons down to 180. I got sick of only lifting baby weights so I started eating more calories over the past 2 years and got a lot stronger. But on the flip side I am now back up to 240lbs and still look like flabby dogshit. I'm addicted to the feeling of getting stronger but I don't want to be this fat. I have been looking into methods of maximizing my fatloss while minimizing muscle loss but I still feel lost.

Im doing a program that has you do warmup sets for the first 1-2 excersizes, then 3 working sets of 8-10 reps. My question is, if I can only lift the empty barbell, do I still do my warmups or do I go straight into my working sets?
