Had my first training on Wednesday, the second one is today.

My current schedule is:
A:
4x8 Squad
3x8 Deadlift
4x8 Bench
3x5-8 Dips

B
4x8 Squad
4x8 Overhead Barbell
4x8 Bent Over Rows
3x5-8 Chin Ups

A-B-A, B-A-B etc

I will add a calves exercise as well as triceps/biceps isolation in a few weeks.

Any recommendations (especially on sets/reps)? When should I increase volume/switch to a 2-split on 3 days/week?

Escaping skinny fat after XXX years

I might catch flack for this, but my tendency for volume increasing is as follows:
Take X weight (We'll say 50lbs) and do your 4x8-12
Once you can reliably do 4 sets of 12, raise the weight until you can barely (But consistently) do 4x8 (Say 65 lbs) and work that weight until you can eventually do 4x12 with 65, then increase again.

When to turn to splits, you'll feel for yourself I think. Eventually you'll hit a plateau (This is, keep in mind, probably months from now) where you feel a particular body part demands more than what your current routine gives it. That's when you need to start adding more exercises for that particular part

“24hr” fitness closes daily so i had to join pf cause of my schedule. There are stupid judgmental signs everywhere telling you not to judge others. Lifts are 62.5kg ohp, 92.5kg bench, 130kg squat, 155kg deadlift

Am 75kg at 5'10, need to gain weight but summer is about to start, fuck everything

That's pretty nice strength for that amount of time, I look sorta similar but 6'1 at 80kg, but worse stats by around 10%

everything looks thick, arms are in good proportion to body, only thing that stands out is that muffin top but it shouldn't take you long to get abs if that's what you want.

one thing i do notice though, small neck for width of torso.

Stop doing meme lifts like t-bar rows and focus on the 5 big ones (barbell bench, squats, deads, press, and rows) in that order.

You have no pecs and no core, and your right arm looks bigger which means your probably overcompensating with it.

I suggest you do front squats and RDLs on one leg day and back squats and DLs on another.

I train chest 2-3x a week, deadlifting once a week because deads are easy and squatting 2-3x a week
I don't train shoulders or back or arms as much because my weakness is legs (quads) and chest

Currently working on improving form on above compound lifts, running high intensity interval training (sprint for 30 secs, jog for 1-2 mins), doing the recommended routine on /r/bodyweight fitness, Darebee's ab exercises, and biking on a moderate pace to/from clients for anywhere between 5 miles to 20 miles a day.

5'11 ~145 lb been lifting for 1 year with like a month break in the summer, hoping to get bigger thisnwinter and fix my baby arms

thanks for the advice but I dont curl. Been doing nothing but calesthenics since I started working out again. Compound exercises are god tier. Also mirin the fuq outa those delts homie, chest looks a little small by comparison, might wanna change gears and hit the incline press.

Lol nah granola and bananas/breakfast bars for breakfast and lunch and a big dinner consisting of rice meat and veggies. Lots of water, walking, and push-ups along with ab exercises. That was during my summer cut I barely lifted. I started lifting around September on the left at 149lbs now I’m 152 on the right currently

I don't really have a routine, I just train what I feel like, I listen to my body and try to eat well. That's mainly pasta, eggs, chicken and rice in the evening.

Consistency has helped me a lot, I've veen training 4-5 times a week for about 3 years now, when I started 9 years ago I mostly did cardio, about 2-3 times a week. Hope this helps
