Standing military press
Drop set lateral raises (my favorite)
Seated BTN press on smith machine (slow and controlled)
Arnold press
Maybe front raises or uprigh rows as a finisher

How do you start off if you can't even do handstands?

I practiced OHP, jerks and push press before deciding I wanted to practice BW, and then I just practiced handstands and was able to perform the movement immediately. Of course it was sloppy and for 1 or 2 reps at a time, but it was there.

Just build a strength base bro. (My ohp was 1pl8 before I stopped doing it in favor of oly, where I got my jerk to 2pl8)
