Eggs vs Oatmeal

Which will give me more energy throughout the day? I keep hearing one of the two

>you will have more energy with a large breakfast high in fat and protein

or

>slow digesting complex carbs will give you more energy throughout the day

This may seem like a ludicrous idea, but bear with me.

What if you try it out yourself?

>not having 2-3 eggs and a serving of oatmeal for breakfast together

...

>120g oatmeal
>30g vanilla isolate
>sprinkle cinnamon
>coffee

Every morning

This

Just eat both nigga

>not eating pocket eggs on the go throughout the day
>not getting the best of both worlds

>egg
>gives you cancer
>gives you heart problems
>gives you estrogen

>oats
>protects against cancer
>gives you fiber
>gives you testo boosting minerals
>makes you live longer

pick one.

Ive done both and eggs seem to fill me up for longer. Oatmeal is like milk for me, it will fill me up immediately but only last 1-3 hours.

I have, but I wanna know the scientifically correct answer

>not carrying pocket eggs as well as pocket porridge

oats are incomplete proteins and don't give you the iron and b12 that eggs do.

That's icecube, not Ludacris, fucktard.

meme

>coffee

>which will give me more energy...
your body turns carbohydrates into energy so...
Oatmeal :Total Carbohydrate 27 g
one egg :Total Carbohydrate 0.6 g

personally I don't eat my eggs alone though.. typically I'll cook a potato and/or have a couple slices of Dave's killer dankie nut bread with my eggies and that leaves me satisfied and energetic for a long portion of time. I don't think you can really hold one over the other though, considering it all depends on the other meals in your daily diet, timing of said meals, and when you plan to workout.

Humans vary massively when it comes to the way we feel about food. There is no "scientifically correct answer" applicable to all; you can only know by trying it for yourself

My siDes

Have both. Oats do digest slowly, and will give you long lasting energy, but too much will slow you down.

This. Almost every day I have 3 eggs, 2 slices of turkey bacon, and 1/4 cup oats with a small scoop of peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, and fresh fruit

>not eating them both together
It's like you're trying not to make it

por que no los dos
