Albeit It was a x2 PR and I knew coming into it that it would be a "heavy" day. I struggled mid rep for all of them, even paused in the 315

If youre only going to a max then doing nothing youre going to grind to a halt sharpish

If youre going to do max effort then you need to do lower body assistance and back work for higher volume alongside it
