My squat is my weakest lift, and its like 73%, still accumulating volume because it's only the second week of the program. Squat is the Pole's strongest lift

I have this problem. Why do I struggle so much with benching wide?

The most I've ever gotten my wide was 5-10kg more than my close grip. Now it's weaker than my close grip cause I can't retract my scapula properly and get bad wrist pain.

You think so? My deadlift is way better than my bench and I row very frequently.

Probably weak chest but I'd suggest not as close grip bench literally uses your chest more due to the larger range of motion

Why do you go through so many programs? In the past couple years you've done Texas method, 531, Sheiko, Hepburn, 28 Free, probably more.

I've run basically every program except TM for at least 3-4 months you listed.

I've done for own programming for over a year now get a load of me.

It barely works, but hey, I'm consistent.

how much of powerlifting is genetics, honestly? And what genetic factors play the biggest role in determining whether someone will be a proficient PLer? Take larry williams for instance, obviously elite level lifter, but if you took the average joe and put him in the same scenario of wheels (years training, expert coaching, lots of gear from a young age, everything) could he achieve similar numbers?

Being good at powerlifting is nothing really to do with generics, its about how privileged you are.

To succeed in powerlifting you must be privileged enough to
