I can almost guarantee you that you have double digit bf%. youre not skinny because you dont have fat youre skinny because you didnt develop muscle sitting inside playing video games/watching porn all day. You need to exercise, if you dont think youre getting any taller you should honestly start pinning test too.

Your cost will be cheap and these foods are easy to bulk on. Cook the oats and throw it in a blender with the walnuts, super easy to eat. If you feel like you need more vitamins and minerals get some frozen green veggies and berries.
