Well the difference is that it was third time in my life I did deadlift. Also it's 50% more then op. Also it was about 2.5 more then my own body weight.

I'm back to working out regularly. Now I'm doing Scooby's dumbbell homegym PPL workout with *literally* 5kg and 2.5kg dumbbells but I'm very happy to get back to working out.

How long have you been doing it? Can you do normal 3x8 push-ups with ease? If so, go on to diamond push-ups. I plan to do bodyweight til I plateau

I sleep 7-9 hours mostly, sometimes 6 when there's a girl with me for a night.
I eat good, I just afraid to raise my calories above ~2000 because I don't want to get fat. I eat 2300 on days when I work out though.

Ah like you gotta eat big to get big. You'll get a little bit of fat but i guarantee you'll get more muscle mass too. You can do it bro but you have to take the steps.
Also, i feel like you've just taken 2000 calories as an arbitrary number since you see it on cereal boxes and stuff. Check out a TDEE calculator (Total Daily Energy Expenditure), I'm 84kg, 183cm and it says my maintenance calories is like 3000 per day, so you could be underestimating

I want to check out my bf % soon(I can do it in my gym, don't know how accurate it is though) and then use some online tdee calculator that takes it into account. I had been losing weight on 1500cal, then slowly raised it to 2000 when I got thin. Now I make very slow progress on 2k but I'm not getting fat. Don't want to be a fatfuck again.
