I'm stalling at 110 kg for 3 weeks already AHHHH
Is it my grip? It feels like it's my grip, first reps are ok but then I can't handle the bar

Switch to mixed or hook grip

Tried mixed and it doesn't feel safe

Use strapa u pussy and say goodbye to your grip gains

Or just use straps on deadlifts and do deadhangs for grip strength like a normal person

Well doesn't have to be either/or, I mean you can just use straps for the final sets.

I check once in awhile to make sure my mixed grip is keeping pace with my max on DL w/straps and it seems like it's always pretty close. As long as it is I feel like I've earned using straps where appropriate.

Try hook grip. It got me from 110 to 115.
