I've never seen him bench
he doesn't bench a lot. He only took it up recently, hence why it is comparably low compared to his other lifts. his pause bench is only 440 lbs, if he actually tried he'd go beyond that, but he's just benching once every month or so. And his physique was achieved without benching - that's the power of heavy push presses
