What app do you use to track your lifting stats?

What app do you use to track your lifting stats?

my memory???
what kind of faggot uses phone apps to track their progress lol

Millions of people apparently just by judging by the app store downloads, stop being retarded.

yeah like people who want to tone their muscles on new years day to never go to the gym again

those are dyel who just got into the gym for new year resolution and gave up after a week. to keep track just get yourself a notebook and mechanical pencil.

Just a memo app on my phone, where I write down my current lifts.

5 subject notebook and a pen
I've never found an app I like. none have the ability to jot down notes as I go. using notepad on my phone would take way too much memory, would need to get a memory card. which is more costly than paper and a pen.

I track my gains on tinder
>tfw no improvement

FitNotes

I'm just starting and use Stronglifts 5x5

Memory from the gym, just write them into an excel spreadsheet when I get back.

How the fuck don't you guys remember how much you lifted in your last session?

Unless you're doing a program that uses 1RM% you don't need an app at all

Excel

You don't like seeing your progress in a line graph?

...

>just get yourself a notebook and mechanical pencil.
funny story
>some dyel walking around with his notebook and mechanical pencil
>he finishes his bench and goes to do The Press, probably running SS lel
>he's forgotten his pencil and it's just laying there
>I go over and snap it
>he comes back after he's warmed up
>the look on his face was fucking priceless
>I said I saw someone drop a dumbbell on it and walk away
>his eyes actually teared up
>he sulks over and I see him fail his working set kek

strong app

I also use fitnotes, it's good stuff.

I use Jefit and have for almost 5 years now.

This, I like that it automatically starts a rest timer after you record each set

Mirin the creator of the app

Just downloaded this app and I'm just starting out. It says there for a beginner who wants to bulk, it recommends chest and triceps once a week. Once? Why not 3 times?

Because >beginner

LibreOffice at home, AndrOpen Office on my tablet, syncthing on my VPS to keep my tablet/home/backup version of my Calc sheets sync'd via a raspberry pi exposed in a demilitarized zone of the router and sporting a music daemon (mpd) as well so that I can listen to my carefully crafted opus (mostly Rachmaninov) on the go and on whichever device

I'm also unemployed

I've been lifting for 3 years, just with no direction/guidance.

Underrated

excel

Just remember all my lift numbers

Oh fuck, I thought I'm the only one using that.

What are you on about? Text files are taking up a just a few kbs of space.

Because once you get more advanced you track more than just what you lifted last session. If you want to up the volume you may need to check what you did a week, month, or even longer ago and aim to do more.

SL5x5's app

This is the best app out there for Android, bar none.

pen and paper... available on all platforms just use your fucking head.

Good thing he didn't snap your mechanical penis

Progression. Havent tried anything else, it's just so simple and my lifts have gone up tremendously with it.

Strong

this one is so good. been using it for years. its free too i think

Funny story: People who like to break peoples' stuff for shits and giggles, I usually break in half. (From behind, with a crowbar, in the shower - for you Cluedo fans.)
Unfunny story: Jail sux

Same, pics?

JEFIT for iPhone. It’s good enough, though I wish it didn’t track my progress as calculated 1 rep maxes rather than the 5 rep maxes I’m actually doing.

Mind drawing us a line graph depicting your progress over time for the last 12 months?

Oh, you can’t? Well there’s an app for that.

An Excel sheet.

this

Any good app for inputting percentage based programs?

I'd really rather not have to code this shit myself but I guess I will if I can't find something

>not using the goat tracking app
I'ts like you don't want to make it.
Seriously try it. It got everything you would want.

It's called "progression workout tracker" btw

There are different kinds of progressions possible in zero to hero app afaik

a piece of paper and a pen

My brain, how can you not remember your numbers?

i tried using a few different apps but they didn't work exactly like i wanted them to. now i use the notes app, both on my phone and laptop. cloud synced document.

OP is probably a DYEL with 5 different fitness apps in hopes a girl looks over his shoulder and asks if he lifts

people like you deserve to get your spine snapped

I listen to music on my PC which is next to my home gym so Excel works for me as well. Plus I'm a CPA so I am mandated to use it.

Based stat tracker app, my friend

It's simple and pretty good. Boring af UI but, it works.

I use it. It's pretty neat and flexible. Shame that most of the vital options are behind a paywall

I use Google Sheets in the gym then Export it to Microsoft Excel at work the next day.

TM training made by some plebbitor

Why not just use notepad or any word processor on your phone
