Can't put it all on habits only. Plenty of lean guys get gyno in their teenage years, for most they go away.

I have two 0.5cm scars on each tit you can barely see and a scar under each nipple. You won't see them after a while but I have to avoid sun exposure for a year or the scars will go red.

They did a lipo and since it's considered cosmetic surgery it's the first thing they should do.
