I'll use this thread to ask, how do you fellas manage your diet? Do you have a calendar or are you just used to it and know what to eat? I'm trying to start a weight loss diet but I'm kind of overwhelmed.

Download the app MyFitnessPal and set goals there like calorie deficit for cutting/bulking.
Also remember 1g of protein per bodyweight

Not OP, but there are a couple of reasons.
First, it's not the most nutritious fish. If you're looking to get some seafood in your diet (for fats and protein), there are better options: salmon, cod, herring, mackerel.
Second, there are valid concerns about the quality of farmed tilapia. China is the #1 producer of farmed tilapia right now, and there have been cases in the past where farms will feed the fish offal from previously slaughtered animals, increasing infection risk.
Finally, there were a few studies that showed that tilapia can trigger some inflammation.
