Most of the world (i.e. those countries not using bodyparts in order to measure one's height) the "cutoff" would be 180cm, which is slightly under 5'11''.

I'm not saying that it's not nice to be taller than that but many things start to get uncomfortable or harder to come by once you go ever this height (cars, planes, clothing....).
