Have any of you noticed your sleeping habits change since you started getting Veeky Forums? I've always been somewhat fatigued but now I'm getting exhausted around 4/5pm. Maybe I need more sleep than I'm currently getting (7/8 hours).

7-8 hours should be fine, I'd say aim for 8+ to ensure optimal T levels. Also sleep in a cold room with no light whatsoever to sleepmax

It's funny, I already do all that stuff and my T is above average, yet I've been plagued with fatigue for a year or two now. Doctors don't know why. Probably gonna start sleeping 10 hours a day and see what happens.
I can do 7 for maybe a couple days but then I get tired as fuck. I need 8+ for optimal lifting sessions the next day
