When you get into something like fitness and spend a lot of time getting shredded by being disciplined over the course of MANY years you get jaded when you come into this thread and people are losing 20-30lbs a month and keeping it off. You're psychologically more inclined to view it as a fad that is probably unhealthy, so you dismiss it since you're already so invested in doing it the long and hard way. I do omad and I kinda fucked up recently. My meal these two weeks had rice and oatmeal plus peanut butter and tachini causing me to bloat pretty badly. You don't have to pound down a pizza though. I found that simple things like chicken and celery tasted better, and as long as I didn't consume loads of carbs, especially sugary drinks, that feeling remained.
