For me, flexibility work and mindfulness should be separate activities. I've been following Pavel Tsatsouline - Relax Into Stretch for a few years and it's done me a world of good.

This is really interesting to me. Besides lifting, I've started getting into meditation and gardening. It's a really great balance.

After every workout, I use a foamroller to stretch out but I don't know if I'm doing it right.

Im taking a yoga class for school credit. It’s pretty awesome. Made some sweet flexibility and balance gains. Definitely recommend it. Feels pretty sweet before a work out or on off days to get rid of stiffness.

I take it at uni so they skip all the woo woo shite so it’s great. Idk about yoga studios though. I hate hippies and woo woo shite so idk if it’s worth going to be surrounded by normies.

yes! can we include meditation in that as well? starting to get into improving all areas of my life physically and mentally and i think a yoga thread would be good, talk about other methods and routines with other bros

every morning i do a modified routine that stretches basically my pelvic floor/hammies/glutes/quads because i had some mild ed stuff going on i thought was due to death grip or something similar.

it was just a tight pelvic floor and my dick is harder than usual. i think hip tightness is a huge factor in ed issues that many have on this board and it's not related to fapping/porn etc.

i'm never injured and i always feel great after doing this stretching routine for a while. used to have some lower back soreness/pain after deadlifts and/or playing basketball 2 times a week. now nothing and my posture is great and squat position at the bottom is perfect.

bros. spend 10-15 minutes in the morning stretching and your life will change. i'm trying to do incorporate diaphragmatic breathing with it to breath correctly and strengthen those muscles.

after stretching i do vipassana meditation for 30 minutes.

Follow a good breathing cycle, I recommend Wim Hof's method. He holds numerous world records for being able to control his psychosomatic system.

I was an assistant in a yoga class for a long time that was probably 95% women. You learn pretty quickly through peoples body language and demeanor how comfortable they are with being touched. It gets to a point where you're simply doing your job. Every once and a while you do get one girl who snaps you out of your desensitivity and you get spergy and weird. She was a cute.

So where the yoga general?

Also, good stretches for the groin and hips? Always feel tight in that area?

I second this. I've doing wim hof for a few says. Realy improves focus. Also recomend doind the cold showers.

How should I include flexibility/stretching exercises in a routine that consist mostly of bodyweight exercises ? (I only have dumbbells)
