I've been lifting for like 2 years straight, 1.5, 2.5, 3
5, 4.5 and i have no clue how to use 85% of the machines at the gym.

That makes me feel better. I walk real slow by the machines to see the little pictures and then I sit down and use them lmao. If it doesn't have pics, I don't use it.
