I've actually done that several times. Really makes you push yourself just to finish a set.
YOUR MINDSET IS THE CATALYST
I feel like 20 rep squats are overrated
after about the 8th-10th rep either my body goes robot mode and a I do the last reps too fast or I have to catch my breath too much for it to be a true 20 rep set.
If you want to suffer, heavy sled work or high frequency squats are gonna give you more gains.
