445 1rm deadlift
front squat 255 for 6 to 8 reps
high bar back squat 245 with a 3 second pause for 6 to 8
low bar back squat 355 for 5 reps
bench 275 for around 7 reps if im benching atleast twice a week. itherwise around 255

more likely it's the squat and bench form that need work. a ton of newbies stall on the bench at or around the weight OP is at, and it can be resolved with basic cues (e.g., bend the bar). beginners also struggle with maintaining core stability throughout the squat and have mobility issues that hamper their bar path, causing them to put in way more effort than necessary each rep.

i can explain myself by my extremely long femurs, and my wingspan being 13cm bigger than my height, making my deadlift exceptional (for a person that lifts for a year) but all presses are garbage for me, and squatting below parallel is hard too
