Can I achieve this mode using only bodyweight exercises.
Calisthenicmovement
YOU can't, because you're posting here asking about whether it's possible
No one that's successful does that. They just work.
Yes.
Yes. But it is very hard.
You will need to basically become a skilled gymnast to achieve that body.
Are you taking roids? No? Then no.
No, not really.
Unless you think wall handstand, one arm pushups and chinups are high level gymnastics stuff.
It depends how you train. You won't get this way by doing 20 pullups or 300 pushups. You have to constantly change the difficulty of the exercise so you can only do like 8-12 reps.
look at their channel, Calisthenicmovement. The stuff they do is top level gymnastics.
You realize when the Germans from calimove literally recommend you couple body weight with actual weights right? They literally have videos where they explain how to squat and deadlift
They also usually have access to for more than I do. Which is why Im stuck here.
this
Calisthenic fags think doing 100 pushups will get them to this mode LOL.
FUCKING COPE CALIStHENIC CELS
Calisthenicfags don't train 100 push-ups. We progress into harder movements. You're thinking of militaryfags and teenagers
Whats the progression for building chest?
As far as I know you just build to one arm pushups.
You can work towards planche push-ups, and I'm positive there are some form of advanced ring dip you can learn. I'm still relatively new to calisthenics myself, but TuT and all hypertrophy rules still apply to calisthenics.
planche pushups are far more about your core than chest.
nipple placement really is everything when it comes to chest aesthetics isn't it...
Gary Johnson?
I did but I trained like them. Planches, one arm pull ups, front levers, and hspu's stuff along those lines. I also use weights for squats, deadlifts, and accessories.
Wrong. Your core does very little work. It's all scapula strength. Dragon flags work your core harder then planche.
