On my third day of fasting, I ended up eating one french fry for some fucking reason because I was feeling terrible after drinking coffee (Jitters + anxiety). Did this kick me out of ketosis? This happened yesterday morning btw

I've had good success with IF leading up to this. I went on a 5 mile hike yesterday. Initially I felt dizzy, but about half way through I had a surge of energy. Going to go on the same trail today.

I have a question. People say that we cant take artificial sweeteners and zero-calorie drinks, becauae it raises insulin and then we cant burn fat, right? Here is what I dont get, if I drink zero calories energy drink, and because of it I stop burning fat for the next 3 hours, then from where am I getting energy? It surely not from the drink itself...

The more insulin in your blood, the less number of cells in your body that will be running off of endogenous adipose tissue/glycogen.

So, in my amateur opinion, perhaps just 1 drink wouldn't cause an insulin spike for 3 hours, and it wouldn't result in 0.0000% adipose tissue usage.

That's definitely a lot of weight gain but it's certainly water. Even if you ate and digested 7000 calories, that's only 2 lbs of fat. The beauty of water weight is that as quickly as it comes on, it comes off.

I didnt refeed with OMAD. I broke my fast 4 days ago. This is my first day with OMAD

If you ate 14 lbs of food in 4 days on a REFEED after 10 days fasting you fucked up your refeed, you need to lower food volume and allow your fucking gut some time to get back in condition to handle food. For a 10 day fast you want to take at least 3-5 days focusing only on foods that help grow good gut bacteria. Shorter fasts
