Been cutting and went from 110kg where I could bench 145kg for reps to 90kg cut up and get way more compliments from girls. Can still do 120kg bench but who cares about strength. Literally only guys care about it.

I take 15mg per day. Recommended daily dose for adult males is like 18mg. The supp plus what i get from food is more than enough. Taking too much zinc isnt beneficial and can actually cause other problems
