Currently doing Phraks Greyskull routine every other day and eating 2800 - 3000 kcal / day with 1.8 g protein / kg bodyweight.
Michael Adams
come back when youve been at it for more than 2 months
Aiden Long
slow bulk
Easton Reed
Looks like you got your breasts removed and are FtM but I assume you just got skin removed and were obese before. Either way, you need to bulk. Slow and eat clean.
Jack Lewis
yup, excess skin removal
so do what now? eat at maintenance for 2 months and then bulk or cut?
Robert Wood
why would you cut when you are that small? bulk bitch, just don't get fucking fat again.
Michael Jones
the chances of me EVER becoming a fatty again are fairly limited.
I'll guess I'll do a lean bulk with no more than 1 lbs gain per weak
Ian Diaz
>Should I do a slow bulk, cut or "recomp
Bulk, and you should also try lifting.
Caleb Bennett
So how was the removal? Is it painful? How is recovery? How long does it take? Can you exercise? What did it cost? Was it worth the hassle?
Asking for me.
Chase Perez
I've read that phraks greyskull routine was good for beginners
I do these two routines alternating every other day.
Routine A: 3x5 bent over row 3x5 bench 3x5 squat 3x12 biceps curl
Routine B: 3x5 wide grip chin up 3x5 military press 1x5 deadlift 3x12 triceps
Occasionally I add cable crunches at the end of the training.
Jacob Ward
switch to upper lower
Dylan Lewis
You should let the wounds heal first
Andrew Thompson
>So how was the removal? I had a lower body lift (Richter modification) and an upper body lift + thorax tightening done in a specialized clinic in Wesseling, Germany. The surgeon was Dr. Richter (the guy the modification is named after).
>Is it painful? yes, but manageable
>How is recovery? lower body lift: 1 week in the hospital 2 weeks after the hospital at home with someone taking care of you 5 weeks after the operation you can go back to work (if desk job) 8 weeks after the operation of not lifting anything heavier than 5 kg 10 weeks after the operation wearing a compression suit 12 weeks after the operation of not exercising
upper body lift: 4 days in the hospital 1 weeks after the hospital at home with someone taking care of you 3 weeks after the operation you can go back to work (if desk job) 8 weeks after the operation of not lifting anything heavier than 5 kg 10 weeks after the operation wearing a compression suit 12 weeks after the operation of not exercising
The upper body lift is waaaaay more comfortable than the lower body lift
>How long does it take? Operation takes 8 hours for the lower and 5 hours for the upper body lift
>Can you exercise? After 12 weeks you can start exercising and it feels normal
>What did it cost? 23k€ for the lower and 12k€ for the upper body lift
>Was it worth the hassle? fuck yes, I would do it again in a heartbeat.
Gavin Johnson
the wounds are all closed and I am cleared by my surgeon to work out. The bandaid is unrelated to the surgery.
Dominic Cook
>23k€ for the lower and 12k€ for the upper body lift Ouch. How big were you? Did the doctors tell you how long the loose skin would've taken to tighten naturally? I ask as a Burgerlander and recovering fatty who can't afford these rates and doesn't have an insurance plan that will cover it.
Parker Miller
Thanks man. Here's hoping you have minimal scarring.
Mason Diaz
>man
Jeremiah Edwards
>How big were you? 375 lbs at my highest
>Did the doctors tell you how long the loose skin would've taken to tighten naturally? I really don't want to be the one crushing your bubble, but unless you are a teenager that is still experiencing growth, the skin will never naturally tighten. Any kind of bullshit remedy is a lie. Sorry to tell you this but time will not fix it and neither will creams, ointments or lotions.
Better start saving up mate and good luck with your weight loss!
cheers
Dominic Russell
375? God damn, doc did a good job. Hard to tell as it is, harder when the scars heal, and will be impossible in clothing. Good investment.
Jacob Kelly
you can see a picture of how pathetic I looked with all the lose skin.
