Is the DB bench your main press? Or just accessory for the BB bench?
I don't do flat barbell bench as I hurt my left shoulder maxing out on 2pl8 for 5 reps a while ago

>realize Veeky Forums would tell me front squat starts at 2pl8 and I’ll always be a dyel
For the average person a 2pl8 back squat means you're already lifting more than 99% of gym goers ever will.
Veeky Forums is super elitist because of either 3 things:
a) Veeky Forums is a bit of an echo chamber and they're used to everyone lifting higher weights
b) people go to proper weight lifting gyms where those sorts of weights are below the norm
c) they're a dyel larper and don't actually understand how much effort the vast majority of people need to put in to reach even 2pl8 back squat
yea right
