Strength training 3-5 times per week and 30-60min cardio once per week, eat lots with plenty of vegetables and meat and no junk food. Get plenty of vitamin d, zinc and magnesium, have plenty of sex and never masturbate or look at porn, and do everything you can to lower cortisol.
