>Oatmeal
>2 scoops of peanutbutter
>1 scoop of protein
There's literally NO other way to prepare oats. If you don't do this you're objectively doing it wrong.

>put mason jar on food scale
>start putting in stuff right out of their respective containers
>look at scale interface to measure how much stuff you've put in
>learn mass density of ingredients
>measure desired volume of said ingredients in a measuring cup
>more accurate and requires less equipment
>posts pic of oats that arent steel cut
Gtfo.
>no cinnamon
What a pleb
it tastes better aswell
>more accurate and requires less equipment
>what is tempered density?
>what is a gas pycnometer?
measuring a liquid in g may not be practical, but at least it is accurate. measuring a powder by volume is just stupid.
source: work as a powder mixing production line designer in food processing - would never allow something like this for any of my lab guys
how is using a measuring cup less equipment?

DO NOT ADD PROTEIN POWDER TO OATS
Oats, water, yogurt, and frozen blueberries my dude. Mix it all together and have a good ol' breakfast!
yeah i'm with any tips for making scoops in oats palatable? I tried it once and it was the consistency of mud and had such a strong taste, it was terrible
>a thread died for this
Faggot.
To answer your shitty bait, it goes well with nearly anything, Good alternative to bread.
Do you put protons in before or after heating oatmeal? I put less than a scoop before and it came out disgusting, couldn't stomach it
after
>not adding an egg before cooking
I guess nobody wants creamy, proton-filled oats
Name a single reason against it.
If I'm doing Keto and I can only do 60 grams of carbs, is there a way I can still do oats? Having a tiny amount of oats sounds silly.
