My belt gives me approx 20kg increase although I never really tried squatting max effort without the belt.

Careful with the wraps, I read something a while ago that it can fuck up your kneecaps by forcing them so hard against your tibial plateau and other underlying structures. I wouldn't use them often.

I know I know. But just because I don't do the old regular basic setup and unrack does not mean that it's wrong. I unrack with one foot forward because it gives me better stability. I can't unrack with two feet together. I tried one time, and I fucked my back up.

No I don't cycle. I just eat a lot of shit. There was a point where I got to 250 lbs and I was a fat fuck. Then I cut down a little and now im here 205. kind of regret getting up to 250 but oh well I didnt know any better. It took me good 3-4 months to lose those 50lbs which I couldve used for caloric surplus and gains. But whatever.

I think he's saying your OHP is too high compared to your other lifts.
imo 3x5 is good, but if your a complete beginner, and you can do 225 5x5 then go for 5x5. As the weight get's harder its much harder to follow the 5x5. Then its the right time to switch to 3x5. Then 3x5 becomes hard or you just simply stall, thats when you start to do something else like PPL. Or you can do PPL as a complete beginner til the end. PPL is probably the best split out there.
Really? 135 seems normal for 200 and up bench. I actually hurt my back so for a long time I didn't squat or dead lift but now it feels a lot better. Hoping texas method can increase my ohp and bench numbers. My dl has been increasing every week.

And my ohp is 135 for 4 reps both one set. I can do 3x3 on ohp now but yeah. My lifts are probably weaker because of my form but I been following youtube videos to learn them.
