SHOULD I CUT OR SHOULD I BULK, I NEVER GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER, I WANT TO DIE
SHOULD I CUT OR SHOULD I BULK, I NEVER GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER, I WANT TO DIE
If you have to ask, you're probably a dyel skinnyfat and you should just focus on lifting and eating your macros.
Bulk:
increase in muscle mass and fat
cut:
decrease in fat and muscle
Do what your body needs fagget
I don't know what it needs
How am I supposed to get 180 grams of protein?
>How am I supposed to get 180 grams of protein?
Eggs, whey, oats, chicken breasts, yogurt, avocados, etc
100g of eggs, 13g protein
100g of whey, 0.9 protein
100g of chicken breast, 31g protein
…
Solely chicken breats, I'd have to have 600 grams
If youre not auschwitz tier you should cut. Since youre clearly a beginner and not planning to be a competitive powerlifter you will still make easy gains on a cut. Youre not going to be any happier with your body when you can squat 3pl8 but look like shit if you bulk as a fatass or skinnyfat.
You dont need anywhere near that much protien. 1g/ lean lb bodyweight is more than adequate.
>I NEVER GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER, I WANT TO DIE
you're well on your way to becoming Veeky Forums!
See, I hear people say that, yet other sources say burning calories is easy on a large muscle mass
>I NEVER GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER
Post your body then you fucking idiot, or at least some stats. We're not psychics.
on it
Your body does require more calories if youve got a lot of muscle but youre far from that point.
4th week of SS
>46 Squat
>46 Bench Press
>46 Deadlift
>44 Standing military press
>46 Pendlay Rows
I only own 38kg worth of discs and my barbell is 8 kg, so 46 is all the weight I have, will buy more though
Body as of now
>188 height
>82 weight
Bulk
This is what I mean
>skinnyfat
Cut to low bf% then lean bulk.
Bulk ffs
140 then
Seriosly though, I've eaten so far
>scrambled eggs
>chicken breast
>whey shake with milk
And that's only 68g protein, I'm my next meal is dinner.
How the fuck does the sticky say this, cutting is near impossible, and if you reach the amount of protein, which would be 270g by this standard, you'd likely surpass the amount of calories
Bulk
Nigger
>asks how to achieve it
>picks holes in the answer and implies it's unachievable
You wanna know how I know you are a quivering pussy bitch?
Have 2 scoops of protein powder with 500ml of milk every day, that's already about 70g of protein. Eat some kind of dead animal or eggs with every meal.
It's genuinely easy once you get into the routine.
BECAUSE IT IS A FUCKING DUMB QUESTION
I understand you want to know how many calories to eat, but as a beginner just lift and get enough protein. Eat as many calories as you need to maintain weight and as you get stronger your skinnyfat body will slowly change.
ignore everyone saying bulk, there is no need to bulk/cut as a DYEL beginner
Don't bulk or cut
Eat a healthy, well-adjusted meal every day
