Anyone have any experiencing supplementing Vitamin D3?

I read that supplementing 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 has decent test gains.

I was thinking of doing that + 60 g of Optizinc every day.

Is this test boost stack Veeky Forums-approved?

What would be considered a healthy dose vs for boosting test?

30-60g of zinc per day is considered optimal

90g would be the limit of what your body can intake before it becomes toxic

I take D3 and it does seem to minutely help but that could just be "butt dynoing" in automotive terms. I think it's good for bones and tendons too.

40 mg is the tul. I dont know if 60 g would kill you but it would definitely turn you blue. Would not recommend.

Yeah I was severely deficient a while back (live in the north and work inside) so doctor put me on 50k for 10 days then 5k daily. Completely changed my mood.

Is there a limit on how long youre supposed to take those doses? I heard vit d can build up in your system and cause problems if you take big doses like that. Also do you take it all at once or spread out through the day?

It's specificly beta-carotene you can get supplements of it. Straight vitamen A pills won't work sense they don't have the pigment
