Join the slow cooker master race, just throw a bunch of shit in a pot and a miracle comes out after 8 hours.
>ground beef
I'm the laziest fucking cook. I really like my pasta sauce.
>Tomato paste
>Diced, broiled garlic
>Basil
>Nutritional yeast (tons)
>Olive oil (tons)
>Beef
Dice and cook 2lbs of chicken breast. When it's cooked mix it in a bowl with mustard, extra light mayo and soy sauce. Eat it with salad or vegetables.
>1 pound lean ground beef
>brown and break up in pan
>add 1 whole chopped onion and as much jalapeno and garlic as you can stand. Taco seasoning
>after that cooks for a few minutes add 2 cans of fat free refried beans
over 3 pounds of food for under $10 with lots of fiber and protein.
i eat the same two meals alternating
cook the rice in a rice cooker. steam the veggies for 5 mins. season chicken with whatever u want (I use like 6-7 different spices, just search "grilled chicken seasoning" and see what works for you. pan fry or grill it (I use a george foreman). toss some ginger, soy sauce and pepper on the rice. my rice cooker has a delay timer so i just set it for when I get home and i eat it before i go to the gym
second one is the fancy recipe. takes longer but it's real tasty. ground beef, onions, garlic, jalapenos. chop up the onions, garlic and jalapenos, sautee in olive oil. take em out, then pan sear the ground beef (I use avocado oil to prevent it from drying out), toss the veggies back in when the meat is mostly brown, season with oregano, cayenne pepper, salt+pepper. spread some butter in a second pan, toss a tortilla in there, put some cheese on top, and then toss the meat + veggies in. sprinkle some cilantro on that bad boy. delicious
Forgot to mention a bit of chili pepper.
>beef
>onions
>cream of mushroom
>noodles
easy
Lazy carb-less fried chicken
>bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
>remove the bone
>open the thigh and flatten it so all the skin is on one side
>heat your skillet and pour in some olive oil
>when it starts smoking, place the thighs skin-Side down for 7-9 minutes
>flip and cook for 4 more minutes
>remove and let cool
For dinner I am good. Every night I just fry kangaroo fillets, eggs and eat tinned peas.
It's a decent, bulk cooked meal prep for lunch that I struggle with. What is something good and easy I can cook in bulk?
Great recipe retard
Asian Tuna Salad
>two cans tuna, drained
>1 tsp soy sauce
>1/2 chopped onion
>1-2 tbsp Mayo
>Sriracha to taste, I usually use at least 2-3 tbsp
>Powdered ginger to taste, I use about 1/4 tsp but I really like ginger
You can make this into a tuna melt with bread and cheese, or put it on top of a salad if you're cutting
here dummy

broccoli also good in that
why add the yeast?
Sounds good, but I'd brown the meat first before vegies.
kinda up to preference I like my asparagus soft
>processed red meat
>clean eating
pick one and only one
Check the Buff Dudes channel on Youtube, nice simple recipes
>yeast
not him but, natural cheesy flavor and tons of b vitamins, fiber, protein
bless you my son
This isn't a fucking recipe this is just sayiny "Cook chicken"
>asparagus
>wine
NO
>toss some ginger
i'm not jacking off a ginger
>hard boiled eggs
>grilled chicken breast
>protein shakes
Its not that hard
Come now, you're being disingenuous. Throwing chunks of beef through a grinder is not the same thing as adding a ton of preservatives.
>cooking chicken in a specific way isn’t a recipe
Go vegan already.
This cunt has some good recipes and food ideas: youtube.com
Sidetrack: do you guys think he's natty? He's not HUGE but his abs a ridiculous.
Looks natty, just lean.
Fuck I hope so. Maybe he isn't natty any more but a year or so ago I'm sure he was.
I am happy eating the same couple of things over and over. Buy the biggest bag of dried pinto beans you can find (often 50lbs.) Cooking instructionsvare on bag. Any beef or chicken, sautee vegies, buy pre-made salad packs. Eggs, kale and vegies for b-fast, sometimes oats. All cheap AF. All easy, all good.
It is key to make enough that you will have left overs to eat. Left overs in the fridge keep you from buying junk food in a pinch.
Dice, season, marinate and later cook 2lbs of chicken breast. Use for:
>salads
>general brotons during meal
>wraps
>snacks
>eggs
This is every week for me. Every other week, I tenderize a cheap cut of red meat, cut strips and make fajitas or just season the meat and use it like the chicken (read: on everything).
>waking up when the sun is already up
immediately dismissed as leftie soy boy.
Pork is also great. Well under $2.00/lb. Throw in a slowcooker with an oniin slied in half and a can of beer. Come home after work to find it done, shred with cork and go to town. Cheaper than beef, better tasting than chicken.
Which cut do you use?
Ground chicken+turkey, on pan, medium
Put aside when cooked
Onions and bell peppers, heat on pan, let the juices come out
Put meat back in, mix everything
Optional: add spices (I buy prepacked spice mixes, no sugars, no other shit)
Put result in whatever, tortilla, avocado...Anything.
Done. Also, easiest meal prep in existence.
Bone in pork butt (it is actually the shoulder), or boston butt. Loins can be had just as cheap, but it is very lean, and will be very dry.
it's not a recipe if there's only one fucking ingredient
>3lb ground beef or turkey
>1cup broth chicken or beef
2 tablespoon each of cayenne, mustard(powder), paprika
>onion and garlic thinly sliced to liking amount
>1lb sliced mushrooms
>slow cook
>strain everything at the end and add about 1-2cups of fat free Greek yogurt
It's like a rally weird stroganoff

Veeky Forums can't cook for shit
What's going on here?
1kg ground beef
500g beans (pinto, kidney, black turtle, whatever)
Tomatoes of some description. Fresh, canned, passata etc)
5 chipotle peppers
2 cinnamon sticks
1 onion
4 garlic cloves
Fresh coriander/coriander seeds
Dash of oil (olive is nice)
Chilli powder of some sort
Salt
Pepper
White wine
Rehydrate your beans and parboil them (if necessary).
Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
Heat the oil and pour in your onion and beef.
Once the beef is browned add the garlic and keep frying for a minute or so.
Add your seasonings (don't skimp).
Cut the chipotle peppers into strips.
Add the peppers, tomatoes and cinnamon.
Pour in the wine, keep topping it up as you go to stop it sticking.
Cook on low for an hour and a half or so, then add your beans and cook for another half hour.
You now have a chili.
Straight from the farm here, nothing but meat and a little fat.
This. It's a super easy way to get into cooking and hard to fuck up
2 lb ground beef
4 oz / 1 stick butter
24 oz can crushed tomatoes
6 oz can tomato paste
salt
pepper
herbes de provence
parmesan cheese
melt butter and brown ground beef, do not drain
reduce heat to low and add tomato paste and stir to combine
add crushed tomatoes and bring to a simmer
(the two kinds of tomatoes lets you get the sweet flavor of long cooked tomatoes and the bright flavor of fresh tomatoes)
add salt, pepper, herbes de provence, and parmesan to taste
probably at least 1 tsp salt, though
>ground beef
>processed
Oats with milk and sugar/honey? Yeah oats are always awesome for that, they keep you full for a long time. Could add fruits to make is taste better and help the nutritional profile, would increase the kcal though.
I didn't mean to post in this thread + made a mistake. See here
Doesn't deserve its own thread to be honest. You should be able to read labels and judge foods.
>beef mince
Fucking yank
Does it moo from the soil
You cunts have beef trees in burgerland
>asking for recipes
>implying any of your meals are something other than a cleanly cooked meat, tons of vegetables, and rice/quinoa/beans
Do we look like Alton Brown? Look up your own fucking recipes. If you’re having problems with this simple meal prep, then eating clean isn’t for you.
>Parmesan
>literally wannabe Burgerland version of Italian
If you can’t afford Romano for your sauces and meatballs then just buy canned shit.
>implying everybody is as shitty at cooking as you are
He's not natty. Look at the bumps on his stomach, those are called lipohypertrophy marks that are caused by repeated needle injections to the stomach.
Source: hardcore MMA fans are steroid eyetest masters
TIL all my shitty little lipomas are actually caused by putting a needle there in my sleep while on ambien and I didn't remember it
>being this autistic about cheese
...
>thinks anything with tomatoes is Italian
Tomatoes are new world food, kiddo.
>not cultivating a deep knowledge and appreciation for the greatest food product ever created.
Go fuck yourself.
Abdominal injections are extremely common and cause insulin build up like the ones you see there. Just google body builders and look for those lumps, youll be surprised how many you find.
BEEF SUPREME
big ass pan
3lb groud beef or whatever amount you want
onions
bell pep pep
canned tomatoes or fresh if theyre cheap but canned is basically just as good and typically cheaper

serve over rice yes shitload of calories thats the point we're bulking you nigger
set your alarm for 3:00am and get up and scream at yourself in the mirror for at least 15 minutes
lift heavy
done
Yes, nutritional yeast is different from baking yeast. Full of good stuff and gives a cheesy flavor.
What does clean eating even mean?
Little to no sugar or processed/ready-made food
Easy "Jambalaya"
Brown rice (I use instant)
Canned Corn
Ground turkey sausage (would probably work with ground beef)
Salsa
canned beans (kidney is recommended but i prefer black)
some garlic powder or onion powder whatever the fuck you like
cook your meat first, throw everything else in the pan and done.
So no bacon?
“Testosterone Shot Pie”
>preheat oven to 375 degrees
>put 1 pound of 75/25 ground beef in bowl
>add 1 Tbsp butter
>add 1 Tbsp olive oil
>add 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
>add 2 tsp garlic salt
>add however many jalapeño slices you wish
>stir ingredients or knead with hands, it’s okay if it’s runny
>slice one large raw onion into rings
>turn off the oven
>place bowl ingredients into trash can
>eat raw onion slices
>enjoy your 300% rise in testosterone
>cook rice
>cook ground beef with some salt.pepper
>mix all together
>add some hot sauce like scotch bonnet or something
Is eating clean really good?
Currently doing keto
get some fresh rosemary and chop up a clove or two of garlic and throw it in there while it cooks - that's a fucking meal.
would satisfy/10
I just make sandwiches 2/3 meals. I can crave variety but in the end as long as my belly is full of good food I don't care if it was bland or delicious.
No, no bacon. Not if you're obsessive about eating "clean" food.
Eh. Maybe. Lots of diseases of civilization are associated with eating processed food.
What kind of sandwiches user? I have an irrational fear of bread
God damnit.
Garlic Sautée, Add 2 chicken breasts. Add salt, Parmesan cheese to taste, spinach to taste.
Add spinach last. Should only be slightly withered or not at all if you prefer.
thanks, gonna try this user, getting sick of slow cooker chicken & veggies
you have no god damn idea what Lipohypertrophy looks like do you? it's more of a mound than a little clitoris like what's on his abdomen
but no joe rogan said that it was probably just from boner pills again
or it was in chinese creatine that someone used to cut cocaine
you're going to ruin all joe's jungle fever cuckold fantasies with this bullshit, have you no fucking heart user
That's from chronic heavy use of insulin over the course of years. Or did you think that shit just happened overnight?
i'm aware of that, i'm actually a type 1 diabetic. the point is that lipo manifests as lumps as opposed to little pin pricks.
the partially cut yellow pepper in the front is triggering me
looks good though
(Chicken thigh+salt+pepper+butter or olive oil) x IIFYM
As clean as you can get when it comes to protein without going industrial.
Jesus Christ dude
This is how I cook the majority of my meals. Lots of recipes online. I love cooking chicken in them coming home after work and having an amazing meal
the point is it has to start somewhere, son.
An easy wrap
Grilled chicken, sliced
Place on wrap, could be any wrap you want
Mix nonfat greek yogurt and mustard together, put on wrap
Chop onions, add beans of choice and fold the wrap
Another easy recipe is simple stir fry
Vegetable oil, caramelized onions then add cooked beef to onions, add broccoli and peppers, some soy sauce and salt then voila
Or someone else mentioned it, slow cook your meal using simple ingredients in a crock pot
I'm probably in the minority here but I hate how meat comes out in a slow cooker.
The way it comes out like fibers when you peel it apart and it gives is a terrible texture. I much prefer cooking meat on the stovetop with olive oil
Learn basic cooking skills:
>how to fry meat properly
>>pound meat to even thickness throughout
>>don't be afraid to let it cook until it's crispy on one side before flipping
>>cook until about 90% done, remove and let rest in aluminum foil for 10 minutes
>how to fry vegetables
>>chop even pieces
>>some veggies take longer to cook
>>starchy takes longer, leafy is almost instant
>find out which sauces and spices taste best with whatever you're cooking
>>only one way to find out what tastes good with what
>cut meat while veggies cook
>throw it back in for a minute right before it's done
>add sauces/seasonings
This works with any meat, any veggies, any spices, any sauces.
>london broil
>onions and potatoes and brussels sprouts
>tomato sauce
Random things I just thought up. Guarantee that shit tastes good.
Lazy Vegetables
12 oz of broccoli, frozen
1 can (12-15 oz) beets
8 oz tomato juice
OPTIONAL: 4 oz of pineapple juice for whimps and jizztards
1. Put all that shit in a blender, beets first. If you've got a pussy blender wait 15 minutes-1 hour for this to thaw
2. Run on smoothie mode, using a spatula to push down bits. If it's not basically a thick smoothie paste at the end you've done it wrong.
3. Run on syrup/soup mode. You should have a liquid. Should still be cold.
4. Drink liquid. Easily doable in under 2 minutes
Congratulations that's like 6 servings of vegetables, most of it whole. You now don't need to worry about vegetables for the rest of the day.
that's on you. specifically how you cut the meat. cut it across the fibers, not with it.
>pound meat to even thickness throughout
cut not pound unless you're retarded.
Not really. When you slow cook meat, the water is slowly drawn out causing the muscle fibers to rip and tear. The same effect can be had by putting a thick layer of coarse sea salt on a chewy cut of meat and letting it rest for an hour.
Pounding helps to tenderize tough cuts and its certainly useful on cuts like chicken breast where the breast is small but large on one end and tiny on the other. Take your babby's first time google cooking skills and kindly fuck off, user.
