actually my legs, before starting the lower leg training stayed almost the same, only the hams and quads grow a little, but im somewhat hardgainer when it comes to weight, but my CNS is just OP, im 165 lbs at 6 feet, with 14 inches flexed bicep and i can rep out 70 lbs dumbell curls
