Lift heavy, and try to maintain about a 500 calorie daily deficit, no more than that really.

So if your TDEE is 1500 (meaning you're probably a femanon) then that'll work.

But if your TDEE is, say, 3000, then that is a very aggressive crash diet and muscle loss will be inevitable.

That's honestly to much. Over protein is a meme. I'm at 202, and eat about 140g per day. I used to eat 200g/day and I see no difference. The ideal amount is like .7g/lb body weight or like .8

50 gram fat per day (mostly saturated since it's for energy)
And only the carbs you can't avoid. (Since you're going extremely low on energy.)

Will burn least amount of muscles, unless your TDEE in a sedentary life is very small.
I would recommend eating more and increase energy expenditure with cardio.
