Personally I have trained my neck every day since a bit over a year ago. I do about 70 set of direct neck work every week, not including traps.

No. I'm also very long necked, and I've learnt that it means that you have to hit it way fucking harder than most people. You need to build way more muscle volume to get the same circumference gains as someone with a shorter neck. Deadlifts are a meme for neck, shrugs alone are also a meme.

By starting slowly and controlled and focusing on breathing. Google "exrx neck exercises" for example. I think doing bridges and neck curls on floor are relatively safe.

I'm honestly impressed. You went up by a solid 1.5, maybe even 2 points. What's interesting is that your neck frames your face well and gives the impression that your jaw got a lot bigger. I had to do a few double takes to make sure that wasn't the face. Could you share your routine and the time it took for those results?
