3 big teaspoons of Peanut Butter
2 big teaspoons of Almond Butter

Last I counted it was over 1300 calories and 110 grams of protein
Usually I can't shit for two or three days after this, so the next few shakes I skip the brotein

If you're bulking you can blend oatmeal into powder, then add your milk/protein/banana/whatever, let it sit for a minute while the oatmeal soaks up the liquid then drink it down.

comes out to about 650 cal, 49g protein, it's about one big shaker cup of fluid, so you can down it 45-60 minutes before a workout for energy and gains EZ

Heavy:

2 cups 2% milk

225g greek yogurt
1.5 cups blueberries
2 biscuits weetabix
1 tablespoon peanut butter
30g flax seeds
cinnamon
cocoa powder

990 cals, 79g protein

pretty thick but very tasty, comes out to about 2 big shaker cups of fluid

and my secret ingredient: frozen chunks of water I call thirstcrunchers

This is good but you have to cycle off it to avoid going bald from the egg whites preventing your body to absorb biotin

I just add a scoop of whey to a glass of water and slam it.

1 of the big scoops of optimum mass gainer
3-5 strawberrys
3 spoonful of plain Greek yogurt
3/4th of a banana
Little bit of water


Blend this and you won't taste the difference between a McDonald's shake n this but with a clean 1k calories
