i do once a week but i think i might start doing it every other week and having one day where i train just arms because my back is my strongest point but my arms are shit

I've started working chest almost every day, either with heavy chest day or just flies/dips on alternate days to keep the pecs worked. So far it hasn't done shit, my pecs have been the same size for years

I really need to commit to either lean bulking or sticking to maintenance, right now I'm eating at maintenance, meeting all of my macros but I'm noticing lifts are getting harder. My weight has only changed +- 1 over the course of the month. Am I skinnyfat or just skinny? (I can only see fat on stomach)
