Chop up all the veg. Brown the meat in the butter/oil in a big pot for a few minutes on medium-high heat, add some salt and pepper. Turn heat down to low, add all the veg, some more s&p, and the herbs. Let simmer 90-120min.

The veggies sweat out a good deal of water, but it's still more a pile of food than a soup. If you want it soupy you can just add broth.

- fry those eggs with extra virgin olive oil and nothing more

- are those whole wheat breads? they should have no white flour what so ever, also the more grains it has the better

- spread some organic (not those industrial popular brands jif peter pan skippy etc) 100% sugar free peanut butter on those breads

- have a side bowl with whole oats and lactose free 2% milk

don't forget your multivitamins and your fish oil, those are essential to anyone, weightlifting or not

My breakfast is 2 scrambled eggs on whole wheat seed toast and a bowl of no added sugar nutty muesli, then a couple of hours later (like between 8-9) I'll have a protien milk shake. 1,000cal by mid morning, I'm on about 3,000 per day to lean bulk.
