Damn, I would like to know since I'm cutting but don't know if it's making enough of a dent.
And yes, she's a real semendemon

how dissapointing

I mean, walking is decent.
It helps with your posture, it is low impact, increases circulation and is great as a general warm up before weightlifting.

You lose nothing by walking

>MOAR

First day of nofap. I'm gonna burst, brah.

Doesn't burn that much, but you can do it a lot, so over a month it can add up to quite a bit.

you lose nothing except the opportunity to do literally anything else
run for christsakes
or swim
or bike
walking is a waste of fucking time

I can't do anything else for cardio.

Approximately, yes.

Thank you. The girl is called "Lil Zelda" or "strungout-and-frustrated"

No. It's 1calorie/kg for every km you RUN.

Proof that all "it's a trap" posters are just wishful thinking.

>NO BLACK MEN

truly she has patrician tastes

>walking is a waste of fucking time
no its not.

This
only time I ever walk is with my dog
but I wouldn't waste an hour walking when I can do sparrying or some shit.

The only thing an out of shape person will get from running is injured and frustrated.
Walking is safe, burns just as many calories, and can be done for long periods of time, anyone can fucking do it.

cardio is the best fatburning cardio imo, it's just so low impact that you can do it all the time basically. even if you're a real fat ass you can get some good walking in every day.

>cardio us the best fat burning cardio
Well.. yeah.

I meant walking

I also would add that cycling to work and shit is a very nice, low impact way to get a workout every day. I started about half a year ago, lost 40 pounds between that and sorting out my diet.

Walking is not cardio. Maybe if you're walking up stairs.

WTF I LOVE HER NOW!

fag.

I estimate a burn of about 700 for 2 hours of walking at 5.5kmph and a bodyweight of 80kg
so I'd say it's about 0.8x bw

Sure, if you want to get techincal about it. Personally I walk with incline during winter times in front of the TV. The rest of the times I just take walks outdoors, mostly flat but it works either way.
