I like jasmine rice

basmati

Whichever you like the most.

Theres not enough difference to worry about unless you're legit autism.

standard white rice
jasmine rice, arsenic and whole grain can suck my penis

Which is better, precooked rice or regular ?
Also which is the most suitable for bulking and wich is for cutting, because i heared the glycemic index may differ.

long grain brown rice is nice on a cut. basmati for bulk

shortgrain brown rice is my fav
>dutch oven
>oven 350
>sear chicken thighs (sausage too sometimes) and cook onion garlic jalapeno in the fat, salt and pepper to taste, paprika
>add rice and saute for a bit, add chopped tomato and chicken stock and bring to simmer
>nestle chicken and pour in any drippings into rice, oven for about 45 mins
>can add peas after 40 or brocolli a bit earlier if you want
>simmer black beans in chunky salsa, add jalapeno
this stuff keeps me fed for a week and only need to clean a few things afterwards.

Jasmine is king.
Its great for bulking but that's pretty much it.
My jasmine rice consists of petit pois and some cut up peppers to take away some of the blandness.

Do you freeze it or just put it in the fridge ?
wouldn't almost all the vitamines and volatile nutiants be lost ?

I mean i always try to make all the meals berforehand but i always wonder if it's gonna keep its full nutrional value.
t.a natty.

> eating carbs

KYS

i just put it in fridge but freezing in itself doesnt do anything to nutrients. for veggies sometimes the water that comes out of it will carry a tiny portion of what you need but itll mostly be intact.
in fact things like potatoes rice and beans are even healthier once cooled off
>resistant starches
when they cool off some of the starches gets converted into something the human body doesnt digest, but the bacteria in your gut can thus feeding them and nourishing your gut flora

Is instant Brown rice ok? I just can't bring myself to cook rice for 20 minutes

just cook something else in the meantime

pasta > rice

wild rice is hands down the most rich in vitamins and protein, while also being complex carbs. It makes the chicken+rice+broccoli meme way more worthwhile since it goes very well with chicken. It is hard on the outside while soft on the inside. However it might not be widely available outside the midwest.

basmati all the way
all them grainz
