Why am I stalling so long?

Why am I stalling so long?

I refuse to believe its genetics.

I eat 3500 kcals a day at 6'3 and weight 93 kgs at 15 percent bodyfat
but my lifts have been stalled for almost 2 years at the same level

ohp - 70 kg x 5
bench - 105 x 5
squat - 110 x 5
deadlift - 140 x 5
ive tried everything from a lot of accessory work, no accessory work, joker sets, SS, 5/3/1, PPL, deloads..
now im on madcow and day in day out i just go to the gym and grind my ass but cant produce results.
idk whats wrong, Veeky Forums.. any advice? I just want to know what im doing wrong.

Try concurrent, fig

Tried a good intermediate program like C6W or any other periodization?

Try harder

Go on some high volume bodybuilding routine, do all that mind muscle, super slow negatives, constant tension stuff and eat your face off.

everytime i go 5k kcals and up i get fat at no strength gain doe

all the advice duly noted so far, though

I really doubt you're 15% bodyfat at 93 kg. That would mean you have a good amount of muscle, and your lifts tell me you don't.
When was the last time you gained weight? 3500 barely sounds like maintenace. I eat close that and I'm 67 kg.

i took a dexa scan to make sure.
ive been 92.7 for about 3 months though.

You might need to change things up. Do a deload week, or switch rep ranges for a while.

Your squat and dl are really low compared to your bench and ohp, you should do the texas method

Stalling? You’re still a fucking novice. Try ss fag

>tfw I followed the path of rip and am the opposite of OP

Bro no wonder, you have Kim Kardashian legs.

Go trap, it's your only hope. :(

he tried that you idiot

are you me,

except 18% bodyfat at 97kg and slightly better lifts.

oh wait. Much better lifts.

You forgot your legs

>squat - 110 x 5

1. Up weekly volume (volume = reps*weight)
2. Do accessory lifts that are tied to the compound lifts (e.g. close grip bench oppose to tricep isolation, pause squats, etc)
3. Do an intermediate program.

Volume = sets * reps * weight, m8.

fug I meant totally reps per workout session but yeah you are right

All information has been duly noted, anons.
Appreciate you all

>stalled at 110 squat and 140DL for 2 years
You're doing something seriously wrong. That is pathetic man. Wtf have you been doing in the gym this whole time?

this is exactly what I want to know.
I make no excuses for myself but I just want proper guidance senpai
