Go on some high volume bodybuilding routine, do all that mind muscle, super slow negatives, constant tension stuff and eat your face off.
Christopher Nguyen
everytime i go 5k kcals and up i get fat at no strength gain doe
all the advice duly noted so far, though
Luis Ross
I really doubt you're 15% bodyfat at 93 kg. That would mean you have a good amount of muscle, and your lifts tell me you don't. When was the last time you gained weight? 3500 barely sounds like maintenace. I eat close that and I'm 67 kg.
Kayden Sanders
i took a dexa scan to make sure. ive been 92.7 for about 3 months though.

You might need to change things up. Do a deload week, or switch rep ranges for a while.
Nolan Kelly
Your squat and dl are really low compared to your bench and ohp, you should do the texas method
Bentley Walker

1. Up weekly volume (volume = reps*weight) 2. Do accessory lifts that are tied to the compound lifts (e.g. close grip bench oppose to tricep isolation, pause squats, etc) 3. Do an intermediate program.
Robert Ward
Volume = sets * reps * weight, m8.
Juan Powell
fug I meant totally reps per workout session but yeah you are right
