- 1/2 avocado

- 1 cup of broccoli
- 1 can of tuna and mayo
High carb route
- 1/2 or 1 cup of oats
- Skimmed milk (add Whey for extra protein)
- 1 teaspoon of Flaxseeds
- 2-3 scrambled egg whites and 1 egg
- 1 piece of fruit
