Threadly reminder that eating food is not fasting and off topic.

I got extremely sick and probably ate over 20,000 calories over the last two days after a week of fasting.
How fucked am I?

Nausea user from last thread. I'm ~92 hours into my fast and it seems like my stomach keeps filling up with bile. After an hour and a half of gagging and thinking I was on the cusp on puking, I chugged some water and then invoked vomiting with my fingers. Felt so much relief after getting up all the bile. Not sure this is healthy but nothing else subsides the nausea.

No shame in OMAD, and grilled chicken is great for refeeding.

35 hours into first fast, been drinking the salt water and I'm getting headaches/mild soreness in the neck.
Do I need to up the sodium/potassium or the amount of water, or do I just need to harden up?
Snake juice has had between 2.5-4.5 g sodium and 2.5g potassium.

eat a small lowcarb meal if you can't continue and then start all over again. it gets easier the more you do it
