I mean, like everything else, you can become a strength monster and obviously drop the unnecessary fat afterwards. Arms already big, can become huge.

I just stick with standard 1/2/3/4 and haven't bothered going heavier. Only lift about 3x per week now and spend more time swimming and playing non contact sports.

assuming the same rep scheme, if your bench is 175 with a 140 ohp you're not activating your chest right. Work on mechanics, look into grip and bar path

My chest has always been one of my weakest areas. I got on SL almost just to raise my bench. I bench press one day a week, and then a couple days later I do alternative lifts like dips and dumbbell bench, just trying to see some growth. Chest flies have hurt my shoulders in the past so I don't do them anymore.

Bench twice a week at least. Up your volume by a lot.

i'm gonna shill ivysaur 4-4-8 hard because I had the same problem when i was starting out. Benching every session got me dumb hypertrophy and strength gains, my bench exploded
