I personally do a lot of exercises for chest
Like probably 7, but i was doing push ups before i started training so my chest was always bigger. But my chest routines consists of push ups as warm up
And then incline and decline bench, followed with decline bench and decline upper pec isolation and then cables and dips, my rep range for regular lifts is 10-15 reps and compound lifts 5x5

I lost around 18 lbs due to unwanted absence from gym and going back to my old ways of auschwitz eating.

I took a year off of lifting because school and only got back into it over the past 4 months. Basically I starved myself on accident forgetting to eat for a year and now I’m lifting again filling myself out. Doing basically SS with arm isolation at the end of the workout. A days are back squat/bench/DL. B days are front squat/press/pen rows/clean and jerks. Diet was mostly just cleaning up my eating. Focus on getting in protons. Not eating out. Cooking chicken in bulk. Healthy snacks like eggs, nuts, and Greek yogurt in bulk from Costco instead of bread snacks. Only coffee/unsweetened tea/water/rarelysugarfreeredbullsipsdonttell. I think I need to start counting calories though, the last part of my stomach is not budging. Forever not making a decision to bulk or cut.
