"uncommon" lifts in your routine that you had good success with?
> spoto press
> front squat
> landmine 180s
> weighted planks (people don't realize that you progress in this by adding weight on your back)
> weighted ab wheel (same as above)

continental clean - fuck all that feet off the ground shit
Zercher squats.
They do double time wreckage on my core.
trap bar press
f squat
split squats. always had trouble with regular squat form until i added these in as warmup.
okay this has to be the gayest-looking barbell lift in existence
mid-session fap
Mongolian weighted squints for those eyebrow DOMS.
Zercher lunges
Z press
Anything with landmine
Kroc rows
Glute ham raise
Wrist roller
facepulls. get that rear delt
>Grow grow grows supersetted w speed screeches
>Grew 5 inches and can now REEEEE for 6hrs straight
the only true rear delt isolation exercise
Lying Incline Barbell Curl. idk if that is considered uncommon
Z press
Pin press
Seal row
Nothing special.
Also, why do that guys arms look weird? Something is off about them. Are the triceps too small?
kek
Unilateral dumbbell press.
Bystanders always think I'm gonna tear a pec when I whip out the hundo and rep it out.
Kettle bell thrusts christmas tree lower back for dayyyys
did you even read the text in your image?
heavy kettlebell swings.
makes my entire back feel all juiced up.
>continental clean
high rep zerchers are great for core and endurance
they also train your ability to hold back puke and the desire to die in the middle of sets
Jefferson deadlift for obliques
that's the lame way to do them
you should have a pad under the off-leg knee, use dumbells, and start from the bottom. they're like single-leg box squats
Did you see much progress from weighted planks?
no thanks, if I wanted my balls squished i'd call my dominatrix
you have one?
get your life together man
>get your life together
that's what she says between slaps
brb gotta jerk off now
You can adjust your grip on the bar dipshit. Hands closer together = more distance from bar to balls.
Also add more weight if you're pulling it up fast enough to squish your balls
Tell your dominatrix I said hi.
long pause bench
snatch grip dl
tempo squat
Deadlifts and squats
trapbar dl
belt squat
push press
hahaha you think that trains your obliques? Let me tell you something you dont know. the deadlift movement and similar movements like it does not train the obliques you fucking retard. The core is engaged, not trained. post a pic of your abs pls, i wanna see what failure looks like.
You rebel
Suitcase deadlifts
yeah, i never get this whole "squat and dl builds abs" thing either. do them and you obviously can tell they dont really. bracing itself isnt really contracting the abs, in fact its the opposite
Turkish get ups
>Pull downs
>Front raises
>Lunges
Lunges especially. Every brah and dweeb is squatting and deadlifting now that it's a mainstream meme, but nobody lunges anymore (except the yoga moms doing lunges with the 1.25lb dumbells).
Paused squats helped me TREMENDOUSLY.
Spoto press not so much.
Front squats after deadlift feel so bad but are so great.
Always squat more
squat squats squats
also BARBELL PULLOVER jfc that shit is gold
>spoto press
turns out I do this all the time, I feel some pain if I go too far below parallel when lifting heavier weights so I rarely touch my chest
can I do them in the smith?
>hack dead
>jefferson deadlifts
>trap-bar deadlifts
>kroc rows
>> landmine 180s
these, load the bar up, abs doms like never before.
same i never touch chest, you're supposed to?
yes, in Bench Press you're supposed to touch chest (or very nearly touch chest if you're afraid of the impact).
>zercher squat for core
>strongman press for overloading shoulder and stabilty
>hack deadlifts for warmup
>one arm deadlifts for grip training
>walking zercher lunges
sounds like the most brutal thing ever
>kroc rows
>reverse grip bench press
>z press
>snatch grip block pulls
I do front squats twice a week, but I don't consider them uncommon though. They clearly have helped my in clearing the bar off the floor.
>not doing the Barbell Bugenhagen Jefferson Bulgarian Split Squat instead.
Good Mornings, Upright Row and Split Squat.
>he doesn't do the behind the back Zercher SSB version
my brother
lighter cleans without a leg boost. my delts and traps exploded
There are so many amazing lifts beyond the main four.
Front Squat is good tier. 45 degree barbell hyperextensions done deadlift style (how Pete rubish does them) are great.
Lying tricep extensions are better in every way on a slight decline, and then become the best tricep movement by far
Supinated barbell rows from the floor
Facepulls obviously. Quick, easy, amazing.
Strongman stuff is also highly underrated. Once you leave the intermediate stage and get well into being an advanced lifter, it's worth looking into
kroc rows are GOAT
>go heavy as you can with straps
>cheat like a motherfucker and go slow on the concentric
>have another dumbell waiting for dropset
the trap doms are A+++
