I eat at maint but get about 170-190g protien per day, when I tried bulking I just gained fat, it seems I'm unable to build muscle. I make sure my form is good, I get at least 6.5hrs sleep a night but this is what I get for all my hard work.

Hard to get an accurate reading on this site. I do trap bar deads and converting that to standard is a bit ehh. I don't bench but I do dips and chins for 12-15 weighted reps but I have to guess my 10 rep max.

i'm bulking at a rate of 4-5 lbs per month and paying attention to protein and carbs, not really concerned about fat 2bh. chicken, milk, eggs, beef, typical bulking foods. it's def not totally clean, but i'm trying to eat somewhat healthily
